Restaurant, due to the detour, we were now more
than 1-1/2 hours behind schedule |

after 50 miles, heading up Hwy 83 then east on Hwy 39, then
1340, coming from Leakey, we arrived at our next
destination,
Stonehenge II. This was an
art project by Al Shepperd and his friend and neighbor,
Doug Hill- it is 90% as wide and 60% as tall as the
original in England |

after the long day of fun, several found themselves needing
gas so we stopped in Kerville |

...then 23 miles east to the Best Western to relax
before dinner |

...due to the detours and such, we missed our
appointment at Texas Hills Winery, a few of us headed out to
Woodrose Winery - a finely packed
gravel road was a dust bowl of a road |
