Special Edition Corvettes 
Starting in the 70's with the first Indy Pace Car, Corvette has had numerous "special edition" corvettes produced from the factory; many with limited production runs
    
    
Competition Corvettes 
...without competition Corvettes and the 1960 LeMans Race, Corvette most likely would not have survived; along with the later racers known as the "Grand Sport"
when is the last time you saw 3 Grand Sport C2 Replias or an 8 second street legal Vette at a show?
