The majority of our group met for breakfast at Cracker Barrel on I-20 & Winscott prior to caravanning down to Granbury
|
| | Gerry & Linda joined us with their 1-owner White '60 Vette along with Dan & Kay with their Black C5 convertible | |
| | | |
| We departed Cracker Barrel about 9:15 | | |
| | |
| | | |
| Gary and Gwynne came by and took everyone's photo | | |
| | | |
We arrived at the Show location; again not at the square due to remodeling Larry & Sylvia, Hector & Karl & Audrey met us at the show
|
| | | |
| | | |
| Car Show signs directed people to the show | | |
| | | |
| | Vettes were grouped by generation | |
| | | |
| | | |
| | | |
C4s were displayed a little strange, front to back | | | Custom and Competition were way back at the back |
| | | |
| Registration was up by the buildings | | |
| | | |
| | as was the Silent Auction | |
| | | |
| | | |
| | | |
The judging teams came around to judge the Vettes starting about 11 am | | | The club members cars were on display only |
| | | |
| Gerry & Linda's '60 was a crowd favorite and it did very well in the show | | |
| | | |
| | Plenty of time for socializing and walking around | |
| | | |
| ...and in Granbury, you just never know what you will see driving down the streets | | |
| | | |
| The Car Show Awards were presented inside, staring around 3pm; which was a good thing since it came a downpour about half-way thru the awards. | |
