Sunday
Sunday was an on-your-own departure,
since most were desiring to leave before we were.
From our hotel window, we spotted David & Pat
dusting the pollen off their C5 before departing.
We departed 11ish, made a stop for lunch, then headed
south on Hwy 7. Most folks would have turned west at I-30
in Caddo Valley, we continued south opting to take back
roads home.
...the route was a lot prettier and we saw things and
places we have never seen or been before
Don & Cindy Rankin even caught up to us
at a courthouse, where they had gone to capture a few
CCP
points.
they were making stops in that town,
we departed and continued down hwy 67 stopping at various
places we found interesting.
We popped up on I-30 and hit rain just prior to Texarkana
only to NOT enjoy rain and heavy
truck traffic.
A little further down I-30, we came up behind Don & Cindy
again, in their new 2010 Coupe; they stopped for ice cream
and we headed south again to enjoying more backroads.

We had a great group of folks on the cruise and we are
looking forward to the next Cruise
