Doug McMahan (Cowtown Cruiser Program [CCP] Chairperson) was up next with the 2009 CCP Awards.  He started off with the Cruiser Photo Contest

 

       
 

The 2009 Cruiser Photo Contest 1st Place winner was Doc Lambert with his photo with his Pace Car in front of the T-38s (Thunderbirds)

 
       
  David Gill came in 2nd Place with his photo from a lake by an outdoor covered wagon / pavilion at the cabins in Beavers Bend, OK.  
       
  Glenda McMahan came in 3rd Place with her photo with the Beaver's Bend Lake behind the C5

The contest is held at the November Membership Meeting with the photo receiving the most votes by members in attendance.

     

Doug McMahan [CCP] Chairperson) also presented the 2009 CCP Awards;  starting off with a few words about the program and that this was the conclusion of the fifth year of the Cowtown Cruiser Program with new records of participation and points being set.

Kerry McGovern won 3rd Place with 121 points
     
Nancy McGovern won 2nd Place with 126 points; by 5 points since she hosted the Peach Orchard Cruise
     
Doc Lambert won 1st Place with 368 points
     

Doug shared a few of Doc's accomplishments, like traveling the entire 48 states.  He obtained all cities and counties; while pointing out that there were no 'X' counties in the USA (which has been validated).

He missed obtaining 4 of the 50 allowed Social / NCCC Events - darn it (photo to the right)

Doug presented Doc with a one-of-a-kind custom Vettetoon T-Shirt of his '03 / '62 CRC Custom because of his achievements this year
