DRAG RACING

Cowtown had 4 Vettes and 7 Members that participated

We arrived at the track early, with a heavily overcast sky and a sprinkle or two
    
Vettes were readied while we awaited the announcement of practice runs
    
 Kevin, Viola & Glenda 
    
 The Driver's Meeting held by Alan Brown 
    
Mike presented OAFTD for Saturday's Autocrosses, Vicki for Women and Shawn for Men
    
Altitude adjusted NCCC Nat'l Drag Records were posted for the upcoming Record Drags along with Lane Assignments for Brackets
    
Practice runs started and lasted for about 45 minutes.  The first event was Matching Times Drags - how close/identical can you make two passes down the 1/4 mile track?
...results were posted later
    
 as the events started, spectators took to the shade of the tower
