back a the Depot, it was time for Supper - catered BBQ |
after supper, folks started gathering down by the announcer area for the evening
events |
The various HSCW President and Event Chair people were presenting awards for their area of the
weekend festivities |
back a the hotel, there was a
Boss Hoss which parked
in the Valet Parking - Glenda, I think it is too big for you to take for a spin
;)
How would you like 500+ cu in between your legs? |
parked next to the Boss Hoss was a really nice C3 Convertible |
Saturday night, a photographer from Corvette
Fever was visiting with me telling me about the photo shoot he was
doing by the Mother Nature Statue Sunday Morning |
...they had the inside lane blocked (w/HS Police) while they moved the Vettes
into position |
...we watched out the window as they lined them up, took Vettes only then Vettes
and Owners |
After the shoot, we noticed groups of participants heading out for their trip
back home.
Our return route (right) varied a little, opting for a more scenic and fun
driving route and of course to grab a CCP
point or two J

...heading out of Hot Springs, a C3 Convertible fell in with us. They
seemed to have no trouble keeping up with us and went as far as Texarkana, where
we also bailed off I-30 heading down Hwy-59 |
...much more enjoyable and scenic than Interstate 30

...Kerry & Nancy grabbing a cruiser point |
it was a fun weekend and Hot Springs is always a nice
place to kick back and just relax
