We met in Mansfield at Double-Dave's Pizza for lunch

...lets hit the road after the 12:15 Driver's Meeting
       
We took the long route to Lone Oak; about a 70-mile cruise, the long way to Burleson
       
   
       

We altered the route to stop in Cleburne for a Pit Stop
   
       
NO, that wasn't a gravel road but there was a short stretch that had just been resurfaced and it did kick up some dust

we arrived at Lone Oak around 2:40ish, parking the Vettes up the hill by the newest vineyards.
     

...we need to grab that last Cowtown Cruiser (CCP) photo for the year.
       
Today's group was small but very enjoyable

...sitting on the pavilion looking back at the Vettes
       

The Jazz music this afternoon was by Tiffany Blue, aka Phyllis Scott.  The cover charge was $5 per person plus whatever wine you opted to enjoy - and no Jim, their wine doesn't taste like Coors Light
 

 

 

  

The patio area down by the creek will be nice when they get it finished. 

The ferns and airplane plants that Marlene Pattillo gave them look great on that hillside.
       
we took a short walk up to look at the other vineyards - these are shots as we walked back to the pavilion
       
 

We left Lone Oak about 15 minutes before the end of the Jazz evening but there were still several folks there
