Bedford, from Jack Daniels in Lynchburg, TN.
You may not know Jimmy
Bedford but, chances are, youre familiar with his work.
Jimmy is only the sixth Master Distiller at the Jack
Daniel Distillery since 1866. Like the others before
him, he was born and raised near Lynchburg. He oversees
the entire whiskey-making process of milling, yeasting,
fermentation, distillation, and maturation. |
