The Sugar Ridge Rd. loop was probably our favorite of the whole Bluebonnet Trail - just because between the flowers, the hills and winding roads - it just felt like Vette Country.
       
       
       
More than just bluebonnets can be found, Sweet Williams, butter cups, Red Poppies and of course some butterflies
       
       
Lots of bluebonnets and neat places to take pictures of your Vette
       
Doug Dickinson recommended the Fiesta Grill in Ennis for lunch - great choice!!!
       
This was the end of the formal cruise, with some going back out to see more bluebonnets, some hit the BB Festival, others stopped at the Ennis Drag Strip on their way back and a few just went home.
       
The festival had a live band, arts & crafts to purchase and lots for kids to do - they wouldn't let me ride the white & pink pony though
