We were disappointed that the eaglet was
again the only bird at the nest |

WAIT!!! Along came one of the Adult Eagles |

The Adult
Eagle made several circular passes around the area
before coming in for the landing on the nest

The Adult Eagle ate for a while and they they looked out
over the landscape together |

We left, heading on down the road to Burnett and came
upon a C2 out for a stroll |

We took a
short 3 mile cruise off Hwy 29 to the Inks Lake State
Park for another CCP stop - what a neat and fun Vette
road it was

A couple of us stopped at the Granbury Courthouse and
Old Jail to stretch our legs and grab a couple more CCP
points
