As defined in the CTV's Standing Rules, Policies and Procedures:

Outstanding Male / Outstanding Female Member award is given each year to the male and female that are considered to have helped the Club the most and have been very active during the year - this is not a popularity contest.

Votes are taken by Secret Ballot - Balloting for the award for the award is done three times a year; at the April, August and December monthly membership meetings.

The Outstanding Male & Outstanding Female Awards are presented at the Annual Awards Banquet each year.  These members will be refunded their Primary Club member dues for the following year.

Take a moment to think of the male and female member who you feel have helped the Club the most this year, along with having been VERY active during the year.
