We have scheduled a meeting on the same day at the same location as the 2005 Awards Banquet.  
This meeting replaces the Snowed Out Meeting scheduled in February.
 
The Details:    Holiday Inn South - 100 Alta Mesa Blvd E., Fort Worth 
                March 25th from 2pm to 4pm in the Raised Portion of the Lobby
 
Everyone is welcome.
 
The Agenda, A schedule for the Convention, and a list of people and clubs who have volunteered 
as Chairpersons or Workers.  Please talk to the members of your club and get yourselves added 
to the list.  All these positions must be filled for the Convention to be a success and not 
kill any one club trying to run it alone.
 
On a separate email I will send you the Current Budget and costs for the Drags and Autocrosses.
