Wednesday, July 25th, 10:00am - 12:00pm

I need no more than 15 volunteers to help with the Cook Children's Hospital "Christmas in July" party.  

We arrive about 10:00 in the morning to help set up the toys and refreshments  The kids who can come down 
from their rooms will be in the lobby from 11:00 - 12:00.  We pass out toys and help with the refreshments 
and simple crafts.  It's no fun to be in the hospital, but just getting out of their rooms for a visit with 
Santa, a cookie and a gift can make all the difference for these children, their siblings and parents.  We 
also provide a check from our charity fund to support this party. I currently have Fred & Margaret Proctor 
and Bill and myself on the list.  

Please let me know if you can commit to this event.  I will get your signature, etc. at the meeting on Friday 
for the paperwork I need to provide Cooks.
