HOLIDAY CLUB EVENT - 12/13/14 - RSVP REQUIRED

Greetings Cowtown Vettes members!  As mentioned at the November 
membership meeting, I have put together a new holiday club event 
for Saturday, December 13th, that should be a lot of fun!

We're going to enjoy the holiday season and spirit that evening in 
downtown Grapevine!  We're going to have dinner at Farina's Winery 
and Cafe (420 S. Main St.), then enjoy the terrific holiday music 
and comedy show put on by the Grapevine Opry!

I have arranged for a private room (at no charge) for us starting 
at 5 p.m. at the restaurant.  This unique restaurant is Italian 
themed with a reasonably priced menu, and extensive wine selection, 
and is also an antique shop that is beautifully decorated for the 
holidays!  I've also arranged for us to order individually from the 
menu (with separate checks).  There is usually ample free parking 
in the area.

Afterwards, we'll stroll over to the Palace Theater (less than two 
blocks) for the very entertaining holiday show, which starts at 
7p.m., and lasts about two hours.  The show cost is $25 per person.  
You'll also be able to admire the spectacular downtown Grapevine 
holiday lighting and decorations!  You may want to arrive early 
before the dinner to shop and browse the many boutiques on Main St.

A number of folks "signed up" at the meeting, and I need to get 
firm rsvp's by Tuesday, 11/18 from those wanting to join in on the 
fun.  The restaurant private room is somewhat limited, and I don't 
want anyone left out.  I will go to the theater next week to purchase 
the tickets on my charge card, so we can all sit together...these 
shows usually sell out!  Your credit is good with me!  You can just 
make out a check for show tickets to "Ray Kaspar" and bring it that 
evening, when I distribute the tickets.  (We will be out of town the 
weekend of 12/4-7 so we won't be at the December club meeting or 
holiday party).

Denice and I are looking forward to a fun, festive, evening with
