Saturday
Rain was in the forecast but we were blessed with a clear sky
Donald Hickman & Doug McMahan were this year's Weekend Coordinator & Co-Coordinator
    
 Richard Downing chaired Corner Worker function; one group on their way out to the corners  
 They have the important job of standing these poor defenseless cones back up & recording the car # that hit them 
  
   
  Becky Clark chaired Timing. Mary Pittman and Cydnie Geyer worked with her to make it a smooth event this weekend 
 David Clark chaired Timing Equipment  
     
Competitors were arriving, checking their cars over and then pulling them out into their assigned staging lane
     
  participants had an option to walk the track before the Driver's Meeting.  
     
Donald hosted the driver's meetings on Saturday & Sunday
    
 we took a quick group photo prior to the parade laps  
     
 Next we held the Parade Laps so each competitor had a chance to drive thru the course
  
Glenda McMahan chaired "Timing Boards" with lots of help to post and record times from the runs.  Anne Walker, Barb Greenfeder, Jo Anne Smith, and others.
    
Ken Sutton chaired "Pre-Staging" function for the weekend
   
 we staged on the main road again this year.  You pulled out of pre-staging, waiting in the line below the hill until you were called up to the starting line  
David Clark chaired "Starter" function for the weekend & they filled in at the entrance to the track as needed; getting the cars up on the track.  Scott Wheeler was our other starter for the weekend.
   
It takes a lot of workers to man the four corners out on the course throughout the event
thank you all!!!
     
We always shared that the Corner Workers have the best seats at the event
