	After the Assembly Plant Tour, we ate lunch, then headed back to the NCM, but not before visiting the downtown area and a few historical sites


	we were lucky enough to find a spot in the "Corvette Only" parking area

	Glenda is pointing out the original CTV Brick

	She is now standing beside the CTV 30th Anniversary brick that Bob Vance campaigned to obtain


Joan & Jim Thomas invited us to join them at the NCM at 3pm for their Memorial & Brick Ceremony for "Barney, the Race Dog" The Rainbow Bridge Poem was recited by Joan during the ceremony ...click for larger file


	A rare '96 Grand Sport convertible was in the rotating display at the entrance

	All six generations are on display as you enter the museum

		One of the first items on display is the history of how the Corvette Automobile obtained it's name - yes, from a ship

	The first Corvette emblem was set to go and had to be changed at the last minute since it is not allowed to have an American Flag in an emblem.
