Practice Autocross
- Saturday, March 11, 2005
Our yearly
event is just around the corner and to help
ensure it will be a success, we are having a
practice auto cross Saturday, March 11 at Pennington
Field.
Pennington Field
is located at
1501 Central Drive in Bedford - the same
place we held two last year.
So come out and
learn / see how timing works, inspect a car for
a race, work a corner. Come out and
learn how a Vette handles, regardless if you
want to race or not - this is an opportunity to
play in your Vette, in a safe environment.
This practice
auto cross is for EVERYONE so come out and have
FUN. If you haven't attended one of
these... go to our web site, look on the
left-hand side for PHOTO or the SITE INDEX.
There was a practice Autocross held in
March &
July of
2005.
If I have
forgotten anything or just totally confused
everyone there will be more information at our
next monthly meeting or you can get a hold of
Bobby Gorman
he is our Competition Chairperson or
myself and we
will try to unconfused things.
Thanks,
Doug McMahan
Please plan to attend; the success of this
practice depends on member participation. Worker
sign up sheets will be available at the
membership meetings. Please take advantage
of this practice and also sign up for one or
more worker positions.
Workers will communicate during the practice
autocross with FRS radios.
If you have an FRS radio
please
bring it.
